Opening its doors at 5:00, while the neighbourhood is still quiet, 15° Cafe & Atelier makes a welcoming retreat whether you have started your day early or are pausing midway through a morning walk. Situated close to Momoi Harappa Park, it offers a peaceful place to tuck into a warm breakfast in the crisp early air.

A centrepiece of the morning menu is the vegetable potage, brimming with the natural depth of its produce. The ingredients rotate daily, featuring combinations such as button mushrooms, shimeji, chickpeas, or courgette, each cooked into a thick, comforting bowl. Soup lovers will also appreciate being able to scatter as many toasted croutons on top as they like.

Thick-cut toast makes a natural pairing with the soup. Topped with cinnamon sugar and toasted until fragrant, the bread delivers a pleasing crunch of sugar crystals alongside gentle warmth, matching well with a cup of strong coffee. Alternatively, thick toast spread with lightly sweetened ogura red bean paste and butter brings out the true flavour of the azuki beans, pairing refreshing iced coffee with an easygoing morning mood.

Handcrafted pieces and small wares accent the compact interior, lending it the quiet, creative feel of a working atelier.
